To install these components, you should have these files:

uExScrll.dcu
uExScrll.dcr
uExImg.dcu
uExImg.dcr

To try them out you should have:

pImgDemo.dpr
uImgDemo.dfm
uImgDemo.pas

Install uExScrll.dcu, and uExImg.dcu.

Now you can run very simple demo project.
Load pImgDemo.dpr and run it.

I didn't have much time to write more extensive
doc file so you have to figure out how to use
all the extra properties by yourself.
It shouldn't be to difficult.
